Will there be gaps under my fence on a sloped block?

With stepped panels, small gaps at the low end of each step are normal. If you want them closed, we can run a sleeper or a plinth board underneath — we'll price that option with the quote so you can decide.

How steep is too steep for a fence without a wall?

There's no single number — it depends on the fall over each panel length and what's on both sides. We measure it on site and tell you honestly whether retaining is worth doing.
